I grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina. I attended NC State University and received my bachelor of science in education. I taught public school for seven years but when my daughter, Betty, was born in 2021, I left the teaching field to be at home with my daughter. Since then, I’ve become a certified pediatric sleep specialist. I help families with their children’s sleep issues in my spare time.
The thing that I value most in life is health and wellness. I believe that in order to get the most out of life, you have to take care of the most important person you know; yourself! Nutrition, sleep, and physical movement are all very important pieces to this. I enjoy working in the physical therapy arena because of the way it helps people on their journey toward optimal wellness. Helping people feel their best is truly my passion!

My responsibilities at Origin Rehab are helping with scheduling patients and confirming health insurance benefits.
One reason I enjoy working at Origin Rehab is that I love that I can help the whole Origin team with the behind-the-scenes aspect of the business, so they can focus on what they do best- helping people feel better!
